Love and Marriage

So, I actually managed to get married. Yeah, can you believe that? :o

It wasn’t without hassles though, and the missy was not happy with me all the time either.

You know, I juuuust had to check my e-mail before the ceremony…:

Marriage

I’m running my own Ubuntu Solution Provider company in Denmark, but managed an incredible three days off for our honeymoon. I’m so romantic…

Anyway, congratulations! However, that image is just tragic. :/

Perhaps you’re right about the ‘so’, I don’t know, it’s never bothered me. Especially not when it’s used as a rhetorical trick. But then again, I’m not native English speaking, so perhaps there are some nuances that I don’t catch. ;-)

    So yeah, it’s just you.

Yep, like I said, might just be me. :) But I’m comfortable with that. I felt it was made even worse in this context too, because it kind of makes it sound like what you have to say isn’t too important to you.

“So… I got married. Or whatever.” That’s my connotation.

It just felt so wrong in this context so I had to link it up. But, I’m really happy for you. I’m married myself and I really enjoy it. I love the companionship. I hope you two will be happy and that you’ll devote some time to her when it counts, such as you should have in the picture. ;)

Best of luck and greetings from Sweden (i.e. I’m not an native-speaker of English either).

Actually I offered her the laptop for a game of Frozen Bubble afterwards, but for some reason she wasn’t really interested. I guess she wasn’t bored enough ;-)
